What a pleasure it was to do business with your company. From the initial call to your office explaining our problem to your phone person, Mr. Chriss coming out to measure and secure the job, to the actual work being done by Steve and Patrickson - all of this was indeed worthwhile.

Steve and Patrickson arrived when they told us they would arrive and steadily worked in our basement for the entire day and into the early evening. I am totally surprised at their wonderful work ethic and working until the job was complete. They did not leave our house until approximately 7:45 pm for the long drive back to Brockton and then home.

This letter is to commend your sales manager, Joe LeMay. He is outstanding in the way he is able to calm a prospective customer who has found out that their house has no footing.

We had hired BiDry to waterproof our basement, and they left our job after digging up the front of the basement ... telling us to hire a company that does a house with no footing. I called your company and talked with Mr. LeMay who assured us that they could do the job. He patiently explained to me what having no footing meant. Mr. LeMay sent out Jay, who was fantastic in his explanations and we signed with him after our session with him. Jay inspected the basement and noted we didn't need a footing because the builder who built the house had it sit on a solid foundation. The followup from the office was quick by Linda and Megan.

We look forward to a dry basement and signed with your company because of the quality of customer service you have provided. Mr. LeMay is indeed a gem.

In September 1995 I had your firm take care of the leaks in my basement, which I suffered for 12 years. After every heavier rain, I had to pump out a lot of water. I finally got fed up with this chore and solicited estimates from several firms. Not only was your proposal presenting the best solution, but the price was also the best! I waited with the writing of this letter until we would experience a heavy rain. We finally had 30 feet of snow and right afterwards warm temperatures and heavy rains. The basement stayed bone dry to my great happiness. My neighbor, who had his basement flooded, saw the bubbler outside my basement work, asked me who secured my basement. I was able, with good conscience, to recommend your firm.

When your representatives negotiated the job, he showed me letters from satisfied customers. I took those with a grain of salt. His letter removed all the salt.
