Intermountain Foundation Repair, Inc. has teamed up with Basement Technologies, a proven manufacture of basement improvement products. Basement Technologies not only produces the basement improvement products but also installs the product in Boston, Ma area. Basement Technologies also requires all of their dealers to go through hands-on training at their Boston facilities.

In situations where ground water or drainage problems cause water to enter the basement around the perimeter or through the floor, Intermountain Foundation Repair, Inc. uses Basement Technologies patented Water Trek Aqua Route.

Our two services, the emergency after hour paging and the deluxe maintenance program are exclusive and the customer can reach a live person twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We offer this service as a convenience to our customers and greatly appreciate all of our dealers that provide a similar service.

The pumps that we supply are the best in the industry. They are tried and tested and are by far the best on the market. Our pumps come with a one year manufacturer warranty for the pump unit and a three year manufacturer warranty on the switch.

Since this component has a warranty only by the manufacturer and not Boston Basement Technologies, we also offer a lifetime pump replacement program. Each customer needs to have his/ her pump serviced yearly in order to comply with the lifetime pump replacement mandate.

Please remember we strongly suggest your pump be services annually to support the manufacturer's warranty. During the service appointment we will check the pump liner, pump inlet, pump float, fernco fittings, alarms, battery backup(s),and discharge points to ensure efficient operation.

Although the pumps are thoroughly water tested after installation, the pump is a mechanical device and it requires maintenance. We do not want your pump to fail during the middle of a rainstorm and it truly be an emergency.

Please schedule these services quickly and ask your representative about our extended warranty for your new pump and backup system. The extended warranty gives you a lifetime pump replacement, if service is performed to the pump every 12 months.
